The Filière AnDDI-Rares (rare developmental anomalies with or without intellectual disability) health network aims to improve the life and care journey of those affected. Created as part of the National Rare Diseases Plan, it brings together a national network of expert centers, healthcare professionals, researchers, medical and social workers, and patient associations.
AnDDI-Rares works to reduce diagnostic uncertainty, facilitate access to coordinated and appropriate care, support transitions at different stages of life, and improve information and training for families and professionals. The network also supports research and the sharing of best practices.
By placing individuals and their loved ones at the center of its actions, AnDDI-Rares contributes to the recognition of rare developmental disorders, while promoting inclusion, independence, and quality of life.
